Wings of Hope Board of Directors

The Wings of Hope Board of Directors work in good faith with staff and other Board members as partners to establish a strategic plan for the agency and to achieve its goals. Board members also act as advocates and ambassadors for Wings of Hope in the community.

Members of the 2011 Operating Board include:

	Patti Higginbotham President
	Ann Jones Vice President Ann Jones is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN) and president/CEO of Health Forward, LLC. Ann has over 25 years of experience in the heatlhcare industry, including oncology service line management and chief nursing executive. Her professional passion includes designing programs that promote wellness and improve the survivorship experience for cancer patients and their families.
	Francis Clark Treasurer Francis E. Clark is a certified public accountant, shareholder and treasurer/secretary of Dickinson & Clark CPAs, P.C. He is a licensed CPA in Iowa and Nebraska, a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Iowa Society of CPAs. He is past president of the Southwest Iowa Chapter of the Iowa Society of CPAs. He has 40 years of experience in public accounting.
	Carolyn Ettinger Program Administrator; Board Secretary
	Gloria Brennan Administrative Assistant Gloria Brennan is a breast cancer survivor and has served as the Wings of Hope Administrative Assistant for the past three years. Gloria finds it so rewarding to help new cancer patients in the Hope Chest Renewal Room and has met some very grateful clients who use the services of Wings of Hope. She is so happy to be a part of this organization.

	Rose Brown Rose Brown is the Planning Coordinator in the Community Development Department for the City of Council Bluffs. She is the Treasurer for the Iowa Chapter of the American Planning Association and is an Assistant Commissioner for the West Pottawattamie Soil and Water Conservation District.
